Welcome to AOT Racing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AOT Racing website and online store, including purchases of products, custom gear, participation in promotional programs, sponsorship programs, and other services offered through AOT Racing.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, participating in an AOT Racing program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the AOT Racing website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

• Commit fraud or engage in deceptive activity

• Attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts

• Interfere with website operation or security

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate AOT Racing, its representatives, customers, riders, affiliates, or partners

• Violate the rights of another person or business

• Circumvent AOT Racing policies, promotional restrictions, or purchasing requirements

AOT Racing reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access, customer accounts, orders, or services when necessary to protect AOT Racing, its customers, website, business operations, or other parties.

3. Product Information

AOT Racing makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, materials, colors, sizing, photographs, and other product information.

Product images and colors may vary depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, display settings, production process, material, and printing conditions.

Minor variations in color, artwork placement, scaling, stitching, panel alignment, and finished appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many AOT Racing products are made to order.

Custom products may include, but are not limited to:

• Custom jerseys

• Custom pants

• Full custom gear kits

• Name and/or number personalization

• One-off custom designs

• Team gear

• Special-order products

Because custom products are produced specifically for the customer, they are subject to the cancellation, refund, return, and exchange restrictions contained in these Terms.

5. Custom Design Fees

A $100 non-refundable design/setup fee applies to the creation of a fully custom design.

The design/setup fee covers design creation, setup, revisions, and preparation of production files.

The design fee is non-refundable unless AOT Racing specifically provides a credit toward a qualifying bulk order.

If a customer commits to a qualifying bulk order, AOT Racing may credit the applicable design/setup fee toward that order according to the applicable bulk-order terms.

Additional Design Fees

Additional fees may apply for requests outside the standard design process, including:

• Logo recreation or cleanup: $25–$50 per logo

• Major design changes after approval: $50+, depending on scope

• Removal of AOT Racing branding from a custom design: $50

Additional fees will be communicated before the additional work is performed.

6. Custom Design Approval

Custom designs may be reviewed and approved through email at support@aotracing.com.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs or design information provided for approval.

Once a customer approves a design, the customer accepts responsibility for the information shown in the approved design, including:

• Names

• Numbers

• Spelling

• Logos

• Sponsor information

• Artwork

• Colors

• Placement

• Other customization details

If an error results from information supplied or approved by the customer, AOT Racing is not responsible for the resulting error and additional production costs may apply.

If an error is caused by AOT Racing, AOT Racing will work to correct the error at its expense.

7. Customer-Supplied Logos & Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any third-party logos, trademarks, artwork, photographs, or other intellectual property submitted to AOT Racing.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights and authorization to use that material.

AOT Racing is not responsible for obtaining third-party permissions.

AOT Racing reserves the right to refuse artwork that it believes is unauthorized, infringing, inappropriate, unlawful, or creates legal or business risk.

8. AOT Racing Branding

AOT Racing logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website content, and other intellectual property belong to AOT Racing or its respective rights holders.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, alter, or use AOT Racing intellectual property without written permission.

AOT Racing branding may not be removed, altered, reproduced, or incorporated into third-party merchandise without authorization.

Only officially approved AOT Racing riders may represent themselves as AOT Racing sponsored riders.

9. Materials & Production

AOT Racing products may be produced using different available materials and manufacturing specifications.

For custom gear, material selection will be confirmed as applicable before production.

Production timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production volume, seasonality, holidays, material availability, factory schedules, shipping, customs, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside AOT Racing's reasonable control.

10. Production Timeframes

Custom gear generally has an estimated production timeframe of around four (4) weeks from the order date.

This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production time may vary depending on the circumstances of a particular order.

If an order reaches approximately one week beyond the estimated four-week production timeframe, AOT Racing will contact the customer by email with an update.

11. Orders & Payment

AOT Racing currently accepts credit and debit card payments through Stripe.

An order is not considered accepted unless payment is successfully authorized and approved by the applicable payment processor and AOT Racing.

AOT Racing reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when payment is declined, unauthorized, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise not successfully approved.

12. Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Name

• Shipping address

• Email address

• Phone number

• Size

• Rider name

• Rider number

• Sponsor information

• Spelling

• Customization details

AOT Racing is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

13. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within three (3) days of placing an order.

For orders containing name and/or number personalization, AOT Racing will verify the production status when a cancellation request is received.

If the item has not yet entered printing or production, AOT Racing may approve the cancellation.

Once printing, customization, production, or manufacturing has begun, AOT Racing may be unable to cancel the order.

For eligible cancellations requested after the three-day cancellation period, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee may apply.

AOT Racing reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the status of the order.

14. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If an order has not shipped and AOT Racing approves a refund that includes shipping, shipping may be refunded at AOT Racing's discretion.

All refunds must be approved before any product is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

15. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Products containing customer name and/or number personalization

• Personalized jerseys, pants, hoodies, shirts, or other apparel

• One-off custom designs

• Custom team gear

• Special-order products

• Special-order colors or products

• Socks and undergarments

• Helmets

• Goggles

• Products marked Final Sale or No Refunds/Exchanges

• Gift cards

Custom and personalized products are considered final once the applicable cancellation period has passed or production/customization has begun.

16. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible, non-customized products may be considered for return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unused

• In original condition

• Accompanied by original tags and packaging when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns that are not the result of a factory defect.

Exchanges

AOT Racing provides one complimentary exchange per order on eligible items.

AOT Racing covers the cost of producing the replacement item for the initial approved exchange.

The customer remains responsible for:

• Return shipping

• Shipping charges for the replacement item

Additional exchanges are not guaranteed and may be subject to applicable remake, handling, restocking, and shipping charges.

Fit preference, rider growth, changes in preference, or similar circumstances do not automatically constitute a defect.

17. Sizing Responsibility

AOT Racing is happy to provide sizing recommendations when requested.

Sizing recommendations are based on the information provided by the customer and do not guarantee fit.

Customers are responsible for selecting the size they believe is appropriate.

Fit may vary based on body type, riding style, material, production run, manufacturing specifications, and personal preference.

Previous purchases do not guarantee identical fit on future orders.

18. Factory Defects

AOT Racing's warranty applies to legitimate manufacturing defects.

Customers may request a remake of the same item within 30 days of delivery.

Potential defects may include:

• Manufacturing seam defects

• Zipper defects

• Material flaws

• Significant printing/misprint issues

To request a defect review, contact:

Include:

• Order number

• Clear photographs and/or video showing the issue

Approved factory-defect claims are generally resolved through a remake of the original item.

19. Wear & Tear

AOT Racing's warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear.

This includes damage caused by:

• Crashes

• Riding conditions

• Snags

• Rips

• Tears

• Abrasions

• External contact

• Improper use

• Accidental damage

AOT Racing may review individual situations upon request.

20. Shipping

In-stock products generally ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom products generally require around four weeks of production from the order date, followed by shipping.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

AOT Racing ships using carriers including:

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL

Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.

21. Shipping Delays

AOT Racing is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays

• Customs inspections

• Customs clearance

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• International shipping disruptions

• Labor shortages

• Transportation disruptions

• Supplier delays

• Manufacturing delays

• Holidays

• Peak-season shipping volume

Once an order has shipped, carrier delivery timelines are controlled by the applicable shipping carrier.

22. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or otherwise returned due to circumstances caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for applicable reshipping costs.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer reports that it was not received, AOT Racing will assist by working with the applicable carrier to attempt to resolve the issue.

23. International Orders

AOT Racing ships internationally.

A flat $64.99 international shipping charge may apply to international orders through the online store.

International customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country, including:

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• Brokerage fees

• Tariffs

• Other destination-country charges

AOT Racing does not control or determine these charges.

24. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless AOT Racing specifically states otherwise.

Sponsorship/rider codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

Discount codes generally cannot be used on already-discounted or sale merchandise, including applicable in-stock sale products.

Promotional codes may have expiration dates and additional terms.

AOT Racing may refuse, remove, or cancel a discount that has been used incorrectly. Such situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

25. Gift Cards

AOT Racing digital gift cards are treated as store credit.

Gift cards:

• Do not expire

• Are non-refundable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• May be used toward products available through the AOT Racing online store

• Cannot be combined with promotional codes or sponsorship discounts

The purchaser/recipient is responsible for protecting gift card information. AOT Racing is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from lost, stolen, shared, or compromised gift card information, except where required by law.

26. Sponsorship Program

AOT Racing sponsorship is a promotional-based relationship.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in an individual rider's sponsorship offer, sponsorship primarily provides the approved rider with an assigned discount code in exchange for participation in AOT Racing's promotional and social media program.

​

Trial Period

Sponsorship includes a two-week trial period beginning when the sponsorship offer is accepted.

A purchase is not required to accept the sponsorship or begin the trial period.

To activate and continue sponsorship beyond the trial period, AOT Racing asks that at least one purchase be made using the assigned rider code.

The qualifying purchase may be any AOT Racing product, including a sticker or other AOT Racing item.

​

Social Media

Sponsored riders are expected to maintain approximately 2–3 AOT-related posts per month, tagging @aotracing whenever possible.

At least one public social media account is required for sponsorship participation.

For minor riders, a parent- or guardian-managed public social media account is acceptable.

​

Sponsorship Benefits

Unless specifically stated in an applicable sponsorship offer, sponsorship does not automatically include:

• Free gear

• Complimentary products

• Race entry fees

• Travel

• Lodging

• Transportation

• Financial compensation

• Race support

• Other monetary or material support

Certain sponsorship levels, including Elite Rider and Pro Rider, may include complimentary gear or other benefits when specifically stated in the applicable offer.

AOT Racing does not provide race support as a standard sponsorship benefit.

AOT Racing may occasionally provide complimentary products or gear to loyal riders who actively support and promote the AOT Racing brand. Such gifts are entirely discretionary and are not guaranteed. AOT Racing determines which riders receive such items, when they are provided, and the type or value of the item.

Rider Content

Riders may occasionally be asked to provide photos or videos for reposting and promotional use.

Riders grant AOT Racing permission to repost and use publicly shared rider photos, videos, race content, and social media posts featuring AOT Racing products, branding, or representation for promotional, marketing, website, advertising, and social media purposes without additional approval or compensation.

Sponsorship Changes

AOT Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue sponsorship programs, benefits, requirements, discount levels, or other sponsorship terms.

AOT Racing may terminate or decline to renew sponsorship when program requirements are not being met.

Sponsorship does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or other business relationship between AOT Racing and the rider.

27. Right to Refuse Service

AOT Racing reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, revoke discounts, deactivate promotional codes, terminate sponsorships, deny sponsorship applications, suspend accounts, or decline future business for lawful reasons.

This may include:

• Fraud

• Chargebacks

• Abuse of promotional codes

• Unauthorized sharing of discounts

• Misrepresentation

• Harassment or threats

• Abusive conduct

• Violations of AOT Racing policies

• Sponsorship violations

• Attempts to circumvent policies

• Conduct detrimental to AOT Racing or its customers

AOT Racing may also cancel orders associated with individuals whose purchasing privileges, sponsorships, discounts, or promotional benefits have been revoked or terminated.

28. Minors

Customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian place or authorize purchases made through AOT Racing.

A minor may participate as a rider, sponsored rider, or recipient of AOT Racing products, but the parent or legal guardian is responsible for authorizing purchases and agreeing to the applicable Terms.

29. Changes to These Terms

AOT Racing may update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes become effective when posted on the AOT Racing website unless a different effective date is stated.

Customers are responsible for periodically reviewing the Terms.

Continued use of the website or placement of an order after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

30. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOT Racing shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the website, products, services, orders, delays, or inability to use the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable product descriptions, order information, sponsorship agreements, and other policies referenced herein, constitute the terms governing your use of AOT Racing's website and services.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
