AOT RACING — SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Payment Methods

AOT Racing currently accepts:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and approved.

AOT Racing will not accept or process an order when payment is declined, unauthorized, unsuccessful, or otherwise not approved.

2. In-Stock Products

In-stock products generally ship within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully processed.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products require production before they can be shipped.

Custom gear generally takes around four (4) weeks from the order date for production.

The four-week timeframe is an estimated production timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production times may vary due to:

  • Order volume

  • Seasonality

  • Factory schedules

  • Material availability

  • Holidays

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Supplier delays

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Customs

  • Other circumstances outside AOT Racing's reasonable control

AOT Racing's normal order placement/production scheduling process occurs on Mondays. The estimated production timeframe is based on the order date and does not mean production necessarily begins on the following Monday.

4. Production Updates

If a custom order reaches approximately one week beyond the estimated four-week production timeframe, AOT Racing will contact the customer by email with an update regarding the order.

Customers may contact support@aotracing.com at any time for questions regarding an order.

5. Shipping Carriers

AOT Racing may ship orders using carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, order, shipping method, and circumstances.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Shipping Delays

AOT Racing provides estimated production and shipping timeframes as a courtesy. These timeframes are not guaranteed unless AOT Racing has specifically confirmed a guaranteed timeframe in writing.

AOT Racing is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather

  • Natural disasters

  • International shipping disruptions

  • Labor shortages

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Holidays

  • Peak-season shipping volume

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier controls the actual delivery timeline.

7. Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for applicable reshipping costs.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of circumstances caused by the customer, applicable reshipping costs may apply.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but the customer reports that it was not received, AOT Racing will work with the applicable carrier to attempt to resolve the issue.

8. International Shipping

AOT Racing ships internationally.

A flat $64.99 international shipping charge may apply to international orders through the online store.

The $64.99 charge covers the applicable AOT Racing international shipping charge. It does not necessarily cover additional charges imposed by the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by the destination country, including:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Tariffs

  • Customs clearance charges

  • Other destination-country fees

AOT Racing does not control or determine these charges.

International customers are responsible for understanding and paying applicable customs, duties, taxes, and other destination-country charges.

9. Shipping Costs & Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If an order has not shipped and AOT Racing approves a cancellation or refund that includes shipping, the shipping charge may be refunded at AOT Racing's discretion.

Shipping charges are not refundable because of carrier delays, customs delays, weather, or other circumstances outside AOT Racing's control.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within three (3) days of placing an order.

For orders containing customization, name and/or number personalization, AOT Racing will verify the production status when the cancellation request is received.

If an order has already entered printing, customization, production, or manufacturing, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Eligible cancellations requested after the applicable cancellation period may be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before completing checkout.

This includes:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Product

  • Size

  • Rider name

  • Rider number

  • Customization

  • Other information submitted with the order

AOT Racing is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
