Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At AOT, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order gear. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict but fair policy in place to ensure transparency and protect both parties.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable on all shipped items.

  • If a product has not yet shipped and a refund is approved, shipping may be refunded.

  • ALL refunds must be approved before any return is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and due to hygiene/customization, the following CANNOT be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Socks and undergarments

  • Helmets (all styles)

  • Goggles (due to hygiene and COVID-related health standards)

  • Customized gear, including:

    • Any item with a name and/or number added (before or after delivery)

    • Personalized jerseys, hoodies, or t-shirts

  • Special order or custom color items (e.g., canopies, flags, tent frames)

  • One-off team or individual custom designs

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “No Refunds/Exchanges” at time of purchase

  • Gift cards

Once an order is placed for any of the above, it is considered final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted on eligible, non-customized items that are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Exchanges are only available for non-customized items, typically for sizing.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns not due to factory defects.

Return & Exchange Fees

  • Full kit returns: 20% restocking fee

  • Partial returns (individual items): 20% restocking fee on returned item

  • Single-item exchanges: No fee — AOT covers remake costs

Because all AOT gear is made to order, these fees help offset materials and labor. We waive fees only for single-item exchanges.

Factory Defects – Remake Policy

If your item has a factory defect, you may request a remake of the same item within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Issue must be due to a manufacturing defect (seams, zippers, misprints, material flaws)

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Provide:

    • Order number (proof of purchase)

    • Clear photos or short video showing the defect

Remakes are only issued for the original item ordered — no substitutions or refunds.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested within 3 business days of order placement.

  • After 3 days, cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee, even if the item has not yet entered production.

  • No cancellations are accepted once production has started or gear has been customized.

Shipping & Turnaround

  • Production time is typically 3–4 weeks, but may vary due to seasonality or supplier delays.

  • AOT does not guarantee delivery dates unless confirmed in writing prior to order.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Go to our form:
    Returns & Exchanges Form

  2. Rebox item and include:

    • Your original order number

    • A printed copy of the filled-out form

  3. Once received, we’ll process and ship your replacement ASAP.
